My mom is back from California!!!! We just picked her up at the airport. And I saw a baby bunny!!!!!!! It was downright adorable! Anyways, I'm really happy my mom is home, and she's happy to be home. Apparently it was cold in gloomy in California which is backwards, right? California should be hot and sweaty and Kansas usually has the storms. One of her flights almost got cancelled due to storms. Actually they almost shut the whole airport down. Luckily they didn't though and Mrs. Vinkle is home safe and sound!

Road Trip

One hour and forty-five minutes of FUN! Lol kinda. Twas a long car ride, but i saw some interesting things like a hostess cupcake and wonder bread truck, a man at the gas station with one of those rocking horses...a dead deer... an alive deer... and turkeys. The reason we went to Clinton was to get a desk thingy from my gma's house that we are putting in our house so we can sell her house. We didn't stay there long today except to do some house repairs and pick up that desk. My gpa also went with my dad and I, so while they were loading the desk thing I was playing the piano(which was VERY out of tune). Then another long, uneventful car ride home. I now sit upon a chair and type. Lol that's the en of my kind-of-not-really-thrilling adventure.

Fluffy Dog

My puppy is fluffffyyyy! We gave him a bath today with his special new shampoo for his allergies and itchiness. Then we washed the cover for his bed, and I brushed my dog/Dog Boy/Buddy. So now our yard is covered with fluffy fur that is floating around everywhere. I feel it neccessary to call it a fluffy wonderland. Lol I feel like I'm talking to a wall 'cause Marhar hates me and Chase Tophat disappeared off the face of the planet! Adios! Imma go pet my fluffy doggy!

Hola Frijola! I decided to explain the links on the side of my page under 'Webernet'. Honestly I can't remember all of the links, but I'll try my best. MLIA is the my life is average website that is really funny. Ask Marhar, she's addicted to it. GMH is the gives me hope website. It's like MLIA in the sense that people post stories about things that happen to them. GMH is about really sweet things that happen to people that give them hope. The my church link is just a link to my church's website which is really cool. I love my church! The inspirational scripture(I think that's what it's called) is a website with different categories like love, friends, courage, etc with bible quotes in each category. It's really helpful if you don't know what to do and don't have time to look up scripture in the Bible. I think the last one is free rice. Freerice.com is an awesome site where you can donate rice to the hungry for free. It lets you pick a category such as art, english, or math and there are questions you can answer. For every question you answer correctly, the program donates 10 grains of rice. I love all of those websites, and you should check them out if you have some free time.

My Realization

Hello my dear friends! I came to realize a few moments ago that I never really post anything about what I'm actually doing. I always seem to write about how I'm feeling or where other people in my life are... Eventually I came to another realization. What was it you ask? The reason I don't post about what I'm doing is because I never do anything. Well that's a bit dramatic. I hang out with friends and family, chat with friends, and occasionally go to the pool. Now this is where I came to my third and final realization. I like it that way! It's summer vacation. I'm supposed to be chilling and doing nothing! And even though I hate summer vacation (For that very reason probably. I feel like I waste my life away in the summer), I might as well spend it doing something I seldom get to do during the school year: relax, hang out with friends, and sleep.

So Cold

I. Am. FREEZING. Lol, so my mom is in California for a few days for her job, and whenever she leaves my dad takes over the thermostat and turns our house into an icebox. Which is not good. I don't know whether Chase Tophat knows or not, but Marhar does. My dad is always hot and my mom is always cold. So normally the temperature is kept at a happy medium to be fair... Unless my mom leaves for work, which she does every so often. I actually just turned up the temperature a few degrees with my sneaky ninja skills so I'm not too terribly cold, but soon I'm sure my dad will get really hot and turn the AC up more. My mom gets back late Wednesday night, so I will hopefully wake up to a pleasantly warm house Thursday morning. But until then I will be wearing winter clothes.

Lookit! It's my new revolve devotional bible! Ain't it perty? Lol, I love it so much!

New Bible

Hey! I got a new bible, and I am soooo excited! It's called 'Revolve Devotional Bible'. If I recall correctly it is written in NCV(new century version) which is written in a more fluent, modern, and easy to understand way- but don't worry, it's very accurate. The reason it's called a devotional bible is that it has 365 devos that assign you scripture to read and explain the scripture as you go through it. So if you follow the devos you can read the bible in a year (which I'm doing already). There are oodles of other features that are specifically for teen girls reading into the bible. I love it already! Whenever I'm struggling with a problem - or for that matter, whenever a friend is struggling with a problem - I can look up a keyword of what the problem is about in the topical index. It tells you what page number(s) to flip to that have advice and scripture about whatever it is you're struggling with. I got the bible at Mardel which is a christian store over by Michaels or Joannes. Another christian store is Lifeway (by AMC), but the bible I was looking for was half the price at Mardel. Anyways, REALLY cool bible and even though I haven't had much time to read it yet (I just got it) i highly recommend it!

You should go look it up and listen to it 'cause it's a really pretty song! Plus it has a good moral/message. Blissfully Quiet

Hey, it is moi. I'm just sitting around being thankful that my lfe is relatively drama free and that my brother is out of town. He went to Youthfront Church Camp for the week, and my house is blissfully quiet. I love it! Normally there is music playing almost 24/7 in my house - some of it being inappropriate and involving cuss words. So it's nice to get a break from the constant noise. Truthfully it's nice to get a break from him. I love him and all that stuff, but we're siblings. Like most siblings we don't get along that well. So in conclusion, him leaving is giving me a much needed break from noise and fighting.
